Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are both evidence-based practices with strong track records for helping people to grow, change, and heal from traumatic experiences. Both work with the ways that the human brain processes information and responds to experiences of safety and threat to empower people to achieve their goals for living well. In this webinar participants will learn a little bit about both MI & EMDR, as we explore the areas of overlap and connection! It does not presuppose any prior knowledge of either MI or EMDR.
Who Can Register?
